The Black Sea Property Group buys, develops and sells property on the Romanian Black Sea coast, in particular land.

Management

Owned by a small group of investors, management is consigned to Insight BV. Operational management is based in Constanta/Romania while financial management operates out of Düsseldorf/Germany and Susteren/The Netherlands.

Each member of management has solid experience in real estate or finance combined with advanced academic degrees (Ing, PhD, MBA).

Vision

The Black Sea Property Group aims to be a major player in the management and trading of residential real estate on Romania’s Black Sea coast.
