OUR FOCUS Black Sea Property concentrates its efforts on Constanta and the coast line between Constanta and the Bulgarian border. Home to the biggest harbour on the Black Sea, Constanta is expanding rapidly. Major (EU) investments in infrastructure, tourism and the harbour itself push up the demand for land.
